Colposcopy

Colposcopy is a diagnostic method for observing the cervix and vagina, that is, for monitoring changes in the cervix. It is carried out with the help of an apparatus called a colposcope in which a lens is incorporated with the help of which all the changes are seen many times enlarged, so the slightest change can be noticed and not allowed to cross into a more advanced stage. The device does not enter the inside of the vagina, but the doctor only monitors it. Colposcopy is therefore a completely painless method.
